Hitachi Travelstar Z5K500

Hitachi Global Storage Technologies has just introduced its new Travelstar Z5K500 hard drive which is the second generation 7mm, 5400 RPM with capacities ranging from 250GB to 500GB. The drive is using Advanced Format technology, which increase of the sector size from 512 to 4,096 bytes.
